Foxsemicon - Union City

Foxsemicon Integrated Technology Inc. (Fiti) is a world renowned vertically integrated semiconductor equipment
manufacturer based in Taiwan with locations throughout the world and famously known for its relationship as one
of the largest suppliers for Apple.

BGC helped complete build out of the 2-story office at 14,724 sq ft to
the fit out of the entire manufacturing area at 52,000 sq ft for 40+ precision machining equipment which includes the
layout of the machines in providing foundation supports and seismic anchors, complete MEP (Mechanical,
Electrical, Plumbing) Fire Sprinkler, Compressed Dry Air (CDA) installations plus other specialized equipment such
as ultrasonic tanks, deionized (DI) water system, industrial oven, clean room, chemical room, custom storage
solutions, epoxy the entire manufacturing area, overhead gantry cranes, seismic retrofit of an opening, to name
just a few. All work was designed to the highest standards with permits from the City of Union City.​
