Gotion

Gotion Bay General was introduced to Gotion to perform some office Tenant Improvement.
Impressed by it work, Bay General has since been contracted as the owner's representative and the General
Contractor for all additional and future work which included completing all office Tenant Improvement work left
by a different general contractor and building out of the R&D labs and the testing area that included 30+ highly
precise equipment and machines. This includes all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) & Compressed Dry Air
(CDA) of the testing areas, seismic anchorage of the equipment, refinishing of the floor area with epoxy, acoustic
ceiling tiles, finish lighting, etc.
